Behind Sydney’s Taylor Made Cuisine are founders Erin Finley and Chef David Blydenburgh, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, who have been shaping Hamptons entertaining since launching Sydney’s in 1993. What began as a catering company grew into a beloved East End hospitality brand, with their specialty food emporium finding its longtime home inside a beautifully restored 1860s farmhouse in Westhampton Beach.
