The team at Shinnecock Lobster Factory pulled off our 'I Do BBQ & Lobster Rolls' theme perfectly! Our vineyard wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of. The raw bar featuring local ceviche shooters was incredible and the live grilling station with BBQ chicken, ribs, steak and fresh vegetables was cooked to perfection. The loaded baked potato bar was a huge hit. The lobster roll truck was the star of the night. Even our vegetarian and vegan guests were raving about the food. We give them 200 thumbs up! Our estate wedding was absolutely stunning. The lobster fricassee and filet mignon dinner was exceptional. The seacuterie grazing tables and artisan bread and butter station wowed our guests. The dessert station with espresso martinis was over the top. Every detail was expertly executed. We love this company.

Chef Marco Barrila and his team created an outstanding oceanfront clambake for over 200 guests for our wedding. The cocktail hour featured authentic tapas that were passed along with local shellfish stations. This was followed by our surf and turf dinner with whole Maine lobsters and delicious skirt steak. Later in the evening, guests gathered around an open-flame paella pan to enjoy seafood paella bowls. Our evening was completed by a beach bonfire where the staff served elevated desserts to give us more than just s’mores. It was the absolute perfect ending. My family traveled from Spain and still hasn't stopped talking about the incredible food, exceptional service and magical setting this company gave to us. Truly unforgettable!
