For the past four years, Kristin has managed Maroni Cuisine in Southold alongside her close friend and owner, drawing inspiration from the Michelin-starred Northport location. There, she embraced a philosophy of “unreasonable hospitality,” creating an environment where relationships come first and every guest is welcomed like family—an approach that has become a cornerstone of her leadership style.

Now rooted on the North Fork, where she chose to raise her son and build her life. Kristin brings a deep connection to the local community and its lifestyle.
