I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to you and your team for all your efforts in making Caroline and Tanner's wedding so spectacular. I am so grateful for your collaboration, your attention to detail, your authentic hospitality, but most importantly for the warmth and artistry with which you bring to each and every event.
You make the culinary experience a delight to both the eye and to the palette. Raves upon raves for the inspired passed hors d'oeuvres and signature drink presentations.Your celebration of local produce and seasonal fare was spot on.I knew you were the perfect "fit" for this very special celebration.
The evening was the perfect reflection of who and how this family opens up their home to those that mean the most to them. Although there were over 200 guests, there was a warmth and intimacy as everyone gathered under the tent for a wonderful shared meal.

I wanted to reach out and thank you for all of the hard work you put into our special day. The food was INCREDIBLE—we’ve gotten so many compliments from guests about how both beautiful and delicious everything was, and literally everything we ate and drank tasted amazing. The passed bites were a huge hit , and we got so many compliments on the signature cocktails too. The carved prosciutto was also an enormous hit with Nick—he was obsessed!
We especially loved that you had someone stationed in the back bar waiting for us with two sets of the passed hor d’oeuvres and each of the specialty cocktails while we were signing the marriage license, because as soon as we left that room we were swept away by guests and photographers, and it meant so much to have that brief moment of peace to actually enjoy everything. The entrees were all delicious, we actually sat down and ate and felt like a guest for 30 minutes—which was perfect. All in all, it truly was the perfect food for the perfect evening.
